My name is Vlad Vanzha and I come from Kharkiv. I’ve been with the Exponential for almost 7 years. Initially I was working as a Project Manager in mobile development start up called Appsnack, an Exponential division. Now I’m working as a Lead Engineer in a Web Development team on the product called Edge https://advertisers.exponential.com, an end-to-end self-serve platform for delivering digital campaigns programmatically across desktop and mobile. I’ve started working as a Project Manager in 2009, since then my roles have expanded to include Scrum Mastering and Product Ownership.

AERO Project. AERO is the behavioral optimization algorithm used across all eligible Performance campaigns at Exponential. AERO, or Audience Efficient Real Time Optimization, uses Exponential’s own Interest Based Audiences to optimize advertisers’ campaigns towards the users most likely to convert, in real time. AERO looks at each user’s behaviors, the recency and frequency of those behaviors and the user’s geo to predict how likely the user is to convert.
